What I didn&#8217;t blog was that on our way home, we stopped for five minutes at the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.theseafoodtrail.com\/members\/loch-fyne-oyster-bar.php\">Loch Fyne Oyster Bar and Shop<\/a> to allow me to buy some smoked kippers.<\/p>\n<p>I paid \u00a33.34 for two kippers and a peppered mackerel, so the price is very reasonable, and the taste is just so much better than most of the stuff you get in Glasgow.<\/p>\n<p>The place is probably better known for a place <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lochfyne.com\/pages\/content.asp?PageID=630\">to make secret political deals<\/a>, but I guess that&#8217;s just an added attraction!<br clear=\"all\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>loch fyne oyster bar Originally uploaded by emmar As I blogged earlier, we were in Inverary once again this weekend.
